Advanced Embroidery and Screenprinting is Hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator Near Hyannis, MA
Looking for a couple of great people to join our excellent team. This job is all day work, Monday thru Friday, flex time of 8 hours from 8 to 5... you pick the time! Easy management style in a fully air conditioned shop that is filled with light.
Need 2 full time embroidery / finishing employees. Experienced is great, and you will be compensated for the experience! We can also train from the start. As long as you want to work and enjoy the Cape life of some sun, and fun in the summer and a 2 week break for the Christmas holidays.
We offer a full time year-round position with vacation time, Health insurance available, and this year we have 10 paid holidays off with an additional 2 weeks off after Christmas..... and that is paid as well!. A pretty good package in all.
Accepting applications Monday thru Friday... 9 to 5. Be prepared for a quick interview and we can supply any additional info you might need. Looking for immediate start.
Job Overview:
- Operate sewing machines and other equipment to sew and fabricate garments
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper operation
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in garment construction or sewing is preferred
- Familiarity with different types of sewing machines and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions
- Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
